Trillium Partners LLC is a small, family-owned real estate company in Seattle, Washington. We buy property directly from the people who own it. This page explains what we know about you, where it comes from, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- What you tell us. Your name, phone number, email and mailing address, plus what you share about your property and your plans for it.
- Public records. County assessor, tax and recorder records list who owns a property and where its tax statements go. That's how we find owners to write to.
- Contact lookups. We sometimes use a contact-data service to find a current phone number or mailing address for a property owner.
- Our notes. When we talk, we keep notes of the conversation so we don't ask you the same thing twice.
How we use it
We use your information to talk with you about buying your property: answering questions, setting up calls and visits, and preparing written offers. We don't sell your information to anyone.
Text messages
We text only people who texted us first or who agreed on a call to hear from us by text. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop texts, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.
Who else sees it
A few service providers handle information for us so we can do the work: our phone and texting provider, our email provider, and the company that prints and mails our letters. If we buy your property, the title company, escrow agent and attorneys on the sale see what the sale needs. We also share information when the law requires it.
This website
This site has no ads, no tracking cookies and no analytics. Our host, Cloudflare, keeps standard server logs (such as IP addresses) to run and protect the site.
If you'd rather not hear from us
Tell us on a call, reply STOP to a text, or email skyler@trilliumpartners.net. We'll mark you as do-not-contact and stop calls, texts and letters. You can also ask us to delete your contact details.
